The plastic runners on our conservatory's blinds have been exposed to sunlight and heat for a while now, leading to their rapid degradation. Several of them have simply disintegrated. So, we can either purchase new sets of blinds or casually mention to the wife that using a 3D printer has saved us money by printing replacement parts. These are replacement sliders designed specifically for vertical blinds, where you insert the gears from the old broken sliders. There's also a replacement hanger bit included as it too is susceptible to heat and sunlight damage. Make sure to document how the old strings, springs, gears, washers, connectors etc. were assembled so that you can easily reassemble everything at the end. All the sliders on our blinds appear identical, despite being from different manufacturers, making these replacements 'universal' in my house. However, if they don't fit your blinds, I apologize for any inconvenience.
