To paint a room previously fitted with vertical blinds, I first removed them and struggled to locate the mounting hardware afterwards. The blinds feature an aluminium extrusion that is secured by a clip. To reattach the blinds, measure and set the extrusion width and height, ensuring sufficient clearance for the window trim. Adjust the slider positions accordingly and consider using short M3 self-tapping screws for added security. For optimal strength, use 3 perimeter walls and 25% fill when printing the clip.
