Print the Z Axis Support twice, once for the upper and lower parts, utilizing the original screws and nuts. To enhance resistance, print it with sufficient infill. Be mindful of warp when printing with ABS, as this piece is quite large. The Ball Bearing for the upper part is specified as 608Z. Before assembly, ensure all screw holes are clean and place M3 nuts inside for the Z rod mount. When attaching the lower part, disconnect the power supply and Z driver from the mainboard to avoid any interference or damage. On a flat surface, rotate the threaded rod to inspect its straightness - it's made of a very soft material. To prevent binding or misalignment, use either a rigid coupler or the original flexible coupler.
