The printable spacers can be used when swapping out the Glass build panel and BuildTak with a PRINTinZ flexible build plate. With a combined thickness of about 4.2mm, the Glass build plate and BuildTak are noticeably thicker than the approximately 3.5 mm thick PRINTinZ build plate. Since the original bed clips will not secure the thinner PRINTinZ plate in place effectively, I have designed a spacer that fits snugly underneath the aluminum build plate to minimize the gap with the bed clips by 0.7mm. Simply remove the existing bed clips, attach the spacers, and then reinstall the bed clips for an optimal hold on the PRINTinZ flexible build plate. To complete the process, you'll need to print the spacers twice - one for each side - ensuring a firm and stable installation.
