Vertex K8400 optimized belt tensioner

This is my custom belt tensioner for the Vertex K8400 printer. My X-Axis belt had become extremely loose, prompting me to design a new tensioning system. To achieve optimal performance with this setup, you'll need an open-ended belt - simply trim your existing one accordingly. To secure a precise tension setting, carefully cut off 1-4 teeth from the belt, taking care not to remove too many at once. This adjustment greatly improved my print quality! The top section of the tensioner features a convenient grab and realign mechanism for easily assembling all parts together. With this optimized tensioner in place, my Vertex K8400 is now producing better prints than ever before.
