This protective covering shields the LCD module from dust, filament debris, and unintentional shortages. To install: Simply substitute the original M3 30mm bolts with new M3 35mm bolts. Install the LCD module according to the original instructions found in the Velleman manual (including the M3 locking nuts). Then, carefully slide the protective covering over the LCD module and secure it with another 4 M3 locking nuts. That's all!
