I created a remix of the K8400 hatch door parts, but since I couldn't attach my DXF file for the laser-cut door, I decided to share this instead. I used this file to cut out the door from 4mm PMMA using a laser cutter. This design takes into account the door stops - if you don't use them and want a tighter fit, simply offset the outline by about 1mm.
