Vertex K8400 40mm fan adapter for hotend

I'm working on improving this design, and I've just finished fitting it together - I have no idea if it's any better. As you can see in the photo, I used Irondmax's 40mm fan grill from Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:638353). It fits snugly around a standard 40mm fan. If you flip it upside down and print it the correct way up, you won't need any support structures. Quiet, please. It really works now.
