Vertex-H with Elevated Extruders

Vertex-H with Elevated Extruders

This modification enables a reduction of approximately 20% in bowden tubing length used by Vertex-H printer. A drawback is that extruder motor wires must be extended and rerouted. If you have two extruders, the wires going to the left extruder can be utilized with the right extruder. Then, only four wires previously used with the right extruder need to be extended, allowing them to connect the mainboard to the left extruder. To install the left extruder, two 3mm holes must be drilled into the printer's back panel. I'm using optimized extruder parts available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1133248; however, the original set should also fit properly.
