I undertook an intriguing project that involved creating three-dimensional models of motorcycle tuning components. My task was to generate accurate digital representations of these parts, which could then be manufactured using a 3D printer. To accomplish this, I was provided with high-resolution 3D scans of the same components before and after they had undergone tuning. Unfortunately, the initial models possessed flawed topology and unwanted gaps. However, by carefully refining these digital models, I successfully created precise, watertight replicas that were later printed on a 3D printer with excellent results.
