Since I didn't have any balsa wood available for building my Versus DLG, I came up with this one instead. Printed in PETG at 245 degrees Celsius and 70 degree bed temperature, 0.15 layer thickness, two shells, and a 7% infill without support structures. This model comes out to less than 2 grams, making it extremely lightweight. To secure it in place, I glue on epoxy and reinforce it with fiberglass, using laminating epoxy or plain polyester for added stability.
