Lever Replacement for EZ3D Phoenix Printer Thanks go out to Vandarin who came up with the original lever replacement, as well as to EZ3D themselves. A design change is behind a now-indented circular area located directly behind the wheel. To reduce the likelihood of it breaking, I've lengthened the arm holding the wheel knob. I designed this after discovering my own resin print had an angled knob supporting the wheel bearing. This led to problems with feeding filament properly and caused prints to warp significantly due in part because the nozzle was far from where the first layer had started drying before new material would reach it; but also just poor initial bed leveling, something we have gotten quite good at. PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU START Always check every side of a new part thoroughly - sometimes manufacturers update their designs in order to create something even better! When creating your lever, print using Slick3r's medium resolution setting and go with the solid version option. You should be sure to turn on support material because of the changed design and so as not make anything less precise by letting plastic over extrude into things unnecessarily.
