I've ordered all the necessary holes for my RPi and PCB board from eBay, including an LCD screen. I also have space to add one or two batteries if needed. The design can be printed without supports if your printer has a cooling fan, particularly in areas around the USB and Ethernet ports. However, the round holes require slight reaming due to clearance issues - whether this is a problem with my printer settings or the SketchUp file itself remains unclear for now. I've had to trim back the last USB hole slightly using a razor, and until I edit the design again in SketchUp, the supports between the USB ports and Ethernet port are too weak and prone to breaking (keep in mind this is a relatively minor issue that's mostly cosmetic). Nonetheless, I'll be addressing it on Tuesday. I've printed the lid, but it needs some adjustments first - I plan to print it without supports and make a few tweaks to make it more visually appealing.
