Versatile, Cable Management System

Human: Firstly, this looks much better in real life, photos don't do it justice. So I created a cabling system for my Simple Printrbot; see Instructions below. Uploaded on 20/9/14 was 'Clip basic open 2 ends 5mm v9' along with its spring part, which should be helpful for those who prefer this option. Later, on 9/5/15, I added a hinged opener to assist installation of these clips. The images, hopefully, show how it works. Instructions My system features an "outpost fixing", also known as a holding post; it includes one unit, four-piece, and eight-piece sets for varying requirements. Each of these holds the clips in place with either small countersunk screws or the familiar cable tie. For wires not part of a larger bundle, the over clip offers convenient storage. However, I've found the basic clip front open most suitable for attaching strings to the holding post. As an added option, I provide a front mount specifically designed for Jon Lawrence's models, aligning with the necessary holes and minimizing complexity. For the rear end, I opted for an 8-piece outpost fixing with cable-tied installation onto Simple Printrbot's motherboard-supportive frame; keep in mind to scale your Z-height higher if using the basic 5mm versions as I've included here – both Cura and Repetier facilitate easy adjustment. The setup involves multiple tiers of 40, 10, 20 mm high units to ensure free movement between elements with sufficient 'give'. In this set up curtain wire serves to maintain integrity in both vertical arrangement keeping it steady and supporting overall structural durability should a horizontal approach be needed – the entire structure benefits from its considerable weight-bearing capabilities; when you connect, do not neglect making certain enough space to secure those individual pieces situated at the top part that would naturally slide through outpost clips allowing continuous freedom of twisting. There exist versions with front or back clips along which there also exists a dual version - the STL has yet to materialize. An attempted opening solution is incorporated into its parts which in fact requires more precision - my verdict being happy because this entire process simplifies neatly managing, sorting motor fan fans extruder light, and sensors – and at one's convenience either shorten or increase lengths by merely selecting an array that works. One must note; all cabling machines can be configured according to user specifications hence creating additional functionalities is definitely plausible and it might look like I am stating these obvious details so if you just skip ahead it should also have minimal confusion overall this setup works and as before one is able to increase it or make changes as seen necessary to its current shape making new additions based solely upon ones unique preferences thus it will prove beneficial to do some extra testing once it arrives at your site, good luck!
