The gimbal features a versatile mounting system, allowing for multiple configurations to suit various camera setups. The standard rig includes M12 mounts with 15mm rods, providing options at 0° and 45° angles with 60mm spacing, as well as a single 90° mount. In addition, the gimbal accommodates 1/4 inch standard camera screws, featuring three different spacing options: 20mm, 40mm, and 60mm. For alternative mounting needs, 4mm mounts are also available. The gimbal's design leverages standardized parts to minimize complexity and maximize compatibility. Four key components include: * M3x16 screws with two washers and a nut * M6x25 screws paired with an optional small washer and nyloc nut * D6 radial bearings (4 units) * D8 radial bearings (2 units) A crucial M8 threaded rod (or equivalent 8mm rod/tube) is also required for the gimbal's assembly. To verify printer calibration, two test parts were created to assess tolerance fit. The first part focuses on the M6 screw's fit in a 6/10.1 dimension hole marked green in the sketch. Printing this part allows users to determine if the M6 screw fits snugly or requires adjustment to the 3D files. The second test part checks the tightness of the M12 adapters, featuring 11.4mm in the 0° and 45° holes, and 11.7mm in the vertical axis hole.
