Thank you to mbonadurer, the original poster and designer.\r\n\r\nAdded/Modified:\r\n\r\nDual Bacterial/Viral Filters (Hudson RCI - Teleflex 1605) were installed on Y-tube adaptors. These filters eliminate 99.999+% of bacteria and 99.99+% of viruses with ease. The original vacuum filters remained in place as a pre-filter for the blower fan, as described in the original post (https://www.directhomemedical.com/1-H1605-inline-bacterial-viral-cpap-filters.html).\r\n\r\nA Battery Box Wedge was added between the main assembly housing and the battery box to enable the use of large Milwaukee m12 batteries like the 3000mah with a larger footprint.\r\n\r\nA Voltmeter was installed in the switch housing cover, which required a larger switch housing due to its depth. The voltmeter can be found on Amazon at https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B083W4TZTP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1.\r\n\r\nA Belt Slot was added to the back cover, allowing for a regular belt to be used.\r\n\r\nMultiple fan/blower units were tested for this project, and the one with the best airflow balance came from a blower unit that struck an ideal balance between noise level and airflow. However, it was still too loud to allow hearing anything over the fan noise. This blower unit can be found on Amazon at https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B011HES9XW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1.\r\n\r\n***As always, this is a prototype, and no guarantees are expressed or implied about the effectiveness of the aforementioned device as a respirator or filter. Use at your own risk. The device shall not be suitable for use in IDLH environments.***
