Versacopter Skirts MAX Version 2

The main objective behind designing these skirts was to develop a system that would enable an AP setup on the Versacopter with extended booms and larger motors, allowing for the lift of a gimbal. With version 2 of these skirts, maximizing internal space within the Versacopter became the priority. To achieve as much room as possible inside the Versacopter, I revised my original Versacopter MAX skirts which stood at 28mm tall to increase their height to 43mm. Additionally, I broadened the arm clamps into a square shape, thus adding 17mm in internal length. Although minimal adjustments were desired for the sides due to space constraints, reducing them from 5mm wide to 4mm did offer an extra 2mm of width. As a result of this configuration, installing a Vector flight controller inside the Versacopter leaves room for other components. Note that the increased height of these skirts necessitates the use of 50mm M3 screws for assembly. Visit RcPartsHangar.com to find many of my designs available for purchase.
