Versacopter Skid Plate
cults3d
I recently got into quadcopters and was fed up with my lock nuts and base getting scuffed up from bouncing off the concrete. I figured these skids would be less drag in the grass. I have a super-strong double-sided foam tape that holds these skids to the base perfectly. The clearance holes are big enough for me to remove the base using a Traxxas T-wrench easily. I may work on a Version 2 that uses screws instead of tape, but I've found that screws just end up cracking the plastic.
