The [Vernier Sensor Cart](https://www.vernier.com/product/go-direct-sensor-cart/) has a built-in force sensor, used primarily to measure impulses and collisions the cart experiences. The ring stand clamp allows students to use the Sensor Cart as a more traditional piece of lab equipment - hang the cart and use the force sensor to measure weights, masses, etc. The Ring Stand Clamp requires a 1/4"-20 nut and corresponding thumb screw.
