Vernier Calliper Peg Bracket (with the power of magnetism)

This remix combines key elements from various sources to create a unique design. The components were literally mashed together, with some modifications made to fit specific requirements.\r\n\r\nThe peg mount, based on the bracket vernier calliper by ArneBanane (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2866877), has been integrated with the pegboard 2 position blank by cmh (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2832370). Both designs have been refined to enhance usability.\r\n\r\nCredit goes to ArneBanane and CMH for sharing their work, which served as a foundation for this project. This design is specifically tailored for mounting a vernier caliper on a pegboard. A hole has been added to provide extra stability, and an 8mm x 3mm cylindrical magnet can be inserted into the back of the mount to secure the calipers in place. Typically, Gorilla Glue is used for this purpose; however, any suitable plastic adhesive would work.\r\n\r\nTo locate the required magnets, search for B0714KZP5C on Amazon. The mount fits snugly onto the pegboard due to CMH's well-designed blank, eliminating the need for a screw.\r\n\r\nFor optimal results, print this design in the tall or vertical orientation with a raft or brim, and supports strategically placed throughout. A 30% infill and 1.2mm sides and base were used, but such settings might be more than necessary for this particular project.
