A test recording of a priceless Mithras sculpture unearthed at the ancient Roman fort of Vercovicium, now known as Housesteads near Hexham in Northumberland. This iconic relic is proudly displayed at the Great North Museum (formerly Hancock Museum) in Newcastle upon Tyne. As the only known representation of the birth of Mithras bursting forth from a cosmic egg on British soil, its historical significance cannot be overstated. Dating back to approximately AD 200-300, this archaeological treasure is a true marvel. This personal recording was made under challenging lighting conditions, yet the end result in 3DF Zephyr has been nothing short of captivating. It's December 21st, 2018 - Winter Solstice Day.
