Alternatively, the "verbinder_mit_innenverstaerkung.stl" features a more robust internal reinforcement that does not require post-printing removal, providing additional strength without necessarily being essential. My recommendation is to use the "verbinder_mit_innenverstaerkung.stl" as it eliminates the need for removing support elements after printing and offers optional extra reinforcement.
