My New Foot at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1367244 Performs Much Better Than This Old One I updated this design after using it for 3 weeks and noticing that the front support had compressed by about 5mm, the rear support by about 10mm, and had also deformed sideways slightly due to the weight of spools and PSU. I have now redesigned the foot parts with a longer inners upper and lower part, changed the recommended length for the rear tubes, and improved the cutting guide which is now set at 50 / 55mm. This design was originally created for my Wanhao Duplicator 4 but should work with any printer having similar 5mm plate construction. I also used a carving knife to cut through pipe insulation foam tubes accurately due to their round cross section. First of all, the cutting guide has to be used and two sets of pipes of lengths 50 / 55mm each need to be prepared and fitted onto a suitable surface. Cut 2 pieces at a length of 50 mm for both diameter options with your new cutter by placing it directly against them with great care. Print the four individual parts, then join these components in line as depicted in my previous photo with an easy assembly process and install grippy pads below every foot before securing this onto its surface. Please note, for those using old design just prepare back foot ones and retain front piece without having to rebuild.
