(Note: an earlier version with a mis-oriented reset pin roof has now been corrected in this version. The design has been further enhanced by improving access to the reset pin hole while also providing for a deeper roof over it. This version also relocates the insertion/retention ramp to the opposite side, ensuring that the sensor's plastic case engages the ramp rather than the adhesive foam. This should significantly improve both device retention and aid in its eventual removal.) This is both a housing and a mount designed for outdoor use of the Wyze Sense contact sensors. Provisions are made for a rain hood above the LED as well as the reset pin, offering full-weather protection and access through the STL's uploaded here. The mount was engineered to take a #8 screw. The devices are installed from the bottom; a ramp on the front wall prevents the devices from falling out and provides a snug fit provided the factory adhesive foam is kept intact.
