Venus emerges from stone
thingiverse
Combine TheRuttmeister's unbranded Venus model with a modified rock by mrbug to create a base that looks like it emerges from stone. Print the 200mm tall figure using silver ABS for a rough, rocky appearance. Use Zydac's Z-axis extender if needed to accommodate the size. Expect a long print time of approximately 6 hours and 20 minutes. Don't forget to remove the segment between the elbow and hip after printing. If you're using OpenSCAD, be aware that it may have difficulty handling the figure; in this case, use Meshmixer for a union operation. Consider combining separate parts yourself to avoid issues with hollow areas in the feet.
