I was having a blast figuring out how to get the teeth to print for the Venus Box. The tiny semi-circular hinge kept failing every time I tried. So, I added a small leg for extra support (mirroring the original design without teeth) and that seemed to help where it failed before. Also, my slicer did something weird with the internal structure at the point where the leg meets the hinge on the first try. You might need to adjust your slicer settings so there's no hollow space inside the hinge. Just verify that your layers make sense and this slices as a solid object connected by a small bit of material. Print Settings: Printer: Monoprice Dual Extruder Rafts: No Supports: No Notes: Make sure your lowest print layers are slow, and you're getting good adhesion. If you have bad adhesion, this won't help out anyway. Post-Printing: After printing, snip off the little leg with something designed to cut through things.
