I'm designing a custom venturi injector for my borehole water system, aiming to add chlorine and other chemicals as needed. Initially, I printed the full STL design and was thrilled to see it work seamlessly with a 3/4" pipe connected to a borehole pump, effectively injecting chlorine into the water flow using a 5mm PE tube. The printer settings were spot on: 1mm wall thickness and 75% infill in ABS, accompanied by an 8mm brim and support only on touchbed. The result was a flawless print that withstood pressure up to 6 bar without any signs of leakage. After some updates to the design, I'm eager to see how it performs under real-world conditions.
