Venturi Generator for 1/2 vinyl tubing

I'm building a venturi generator specifically designed for use with 1/2 inch vinyl tubing, which I believe has an upper pressure limit of approximately 28hg. The engineering behind this design could certainly benefit from some refinement. Edit V2 aims to enhance the angle of the exit side, potentially increasing its effectiveness. A user recently pointed out that the device's suction power is insufficient to draw water into the tube when connected to their air compressor. If you're familiar with the underlying math, please share your insights and suggest any adjustments that could be made to improve this aspect of the design.
