venturi burner casting mold

I designed this split mold of a venturi burner for casting. If you want to build a venturi burner, use this mold as your guide. I haven't tested or printed it yet, but I'm confident it will work just fine. You can cast it in aluminum and tap the nozzle to any size you like. You may need to enlarge the hole depending on the nozzle's requirements. Later, I'll add a knob that opens and closes the air supply by screwing it towards or away from the flame end of the burner.
