Specs: - 2mm diameter for screw holes the Sonoff goes in - Made for Sonoff 5V Relay Module - Included gcode is for Ender 3 (ready to print) Todo 3D-Part before Print: - Lay flat on bed in Cura - Rotate body, so the inner lines are parallel to bed edges (See in print-ready [Ender 3] gcode I included in the files) - Infill 40% is recommended Todo Sonoff before Assembly: - Configure your Sonoff SV to operate in isolated mode, as shown on its wiki page: https://www.itead.cc/wiki/Sonoff_SV - You also need to watch at least one more YouTube video for a complete understanding of the process. To sum it up, you must: 1. Remove the 2 Resistors from the last wiki-picture 2. Connect the input + and - poles together by soldering or any other method 3. Connect your 5v + and - power source to the breakout pins right next to the input holes Additional Steps in Vention to get it all working: 4. Drill some holes for cables to fit through, making a bridge between the vention PCB and Sonoff PCB (like in the picture in "Post Printing") 5. Solder your Vention input (pins connected to the power source) to your sonoff input (remember, breakout pins) with correct polarity 6. Short-circuit the button-pins in the middle of the vention pcb to find which 2 solder-points will simulate a button press using metallic tweezers 7. Having found a combination that leads to a button press, solder these points each to the sonoff output cables (polarity doesn't matter here) 8. Screw the vention splitter together and place it onto the case, done
