This product is designed to efficiently expel exhaust air from the 3D printer enclosure and redirect it out of a window using a hose. It establishes a slightly negative pressure environment within the enclosure to minimize the escape of exhaust air into the surrounding space, ensuring it has minimal impact on individuals nearby. The kit consists of three printable parts:A blower fan adaptor compatible with the 24V MBDC24Z4S-924 fan, featuring a mouth dimension of 30mm x 40mm.A hose adaptor crafted to accommodate a soft silicone hose with an 18mm inner diameter.A drilling guide that facilitates the process of creating ventilation holes.Additional materials required include four 12mm M3 screws and nuts. For the installation process, you'll need a drill with 3mm bits. We recommend using double-sided tape to secure the drilling guide in place before drilling. Given the number of holes to be drilled, consider using a rubber band or magic tape to hold the trigger in position, reducing strain on your finger. To regulate the fan's speed and minimize noise, consider using a variable step-down voltage converter. Avoid connecting the fan directly to 24V power supply as it can be quite noisy.
