Ventilator Prototypes-I NEED YOUR HELP NOW

I'm working tirelessly on three designs featuring NEMA 17 stepper motors as a critical last resort for patients without access to ventilators. Every expert's input is invaluable, and I welcome any assistance from those with expertise in design. As an anesthesiologist, I lack coding and electronics knowledge; I'm using a CR10 MAX printer on PLA filament. A wooden prototype was created temporarily due to a broken printer, and you can see it in action here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SI2yv-K0nfQ Please be aware that we're mere weeks away from deciding which patients would otherwise survive but must now succumb. * Significant use has been made of other designers' work within these models; I apologize for not crediting the original creators at this time, and I will do so as soon as possible. * Your help is urgently needed to ensure these designs can withstand continuous use for at least two weeks. With no prior experience designing components that require force vector understanding or structural integrity, I'm a novice in 3D printing. If anyone can identify flaws in the design or suggest improvements, please let me know – your assistance would be greatly appreciated. I've just uploaded an updated design using a NEMA 23 motor; it requires increased pressure handling capabilities. Can anyone advise on how to slice this with Cura or modify it in Tinkercad to enhance its strength? The gears must last at least 14 days of continuous use without failure.
