Ventilator grille
thingiverse
I couldn't find anything like this on Thingiverse, so I designed two sizes of ventilator grill to fill the gap. The large one measures 125mm x 140mm, while the small one is 72mm x 140mm in size. The screw holes are no 4 (3mm) countersunk for easy attachment. Print Settings: Printer: Weistek WT280A Rafts: Not needed for this design. Supports: None required for optimal print quality. Resolution: Set to 0.2 mm for a smooth finish. Infill: Higher infills (>50%) produce better results, but it's up to you to decide the level of detail desired. Notes: The angled sections printed perfectly on my Weistek without any supports. They are intentionally set at 30 degrees from horizontal to provide maximum airflow. Post-Printing: After printing, I had to carefully clean up the top edges of the angled sections at the ends with a scalpel to achieve a professional finish.
