Ventilator acceleration

The high-pressure air is produced by a quiet air compressor that delivers a flow rate of 150 liters per minute and exerts a pressure of 400 kilopascals. Oxygen concentration is controlled through a proportional valve and a gas flow meter, which allows for precise adjustments between 21% and 100%. The airflow is constantly monitored by a low-pressure sensor that detects any fluctuations in pressure up to 30 pounds per square inch. Additionally, the system features an overload protection mechanism that kicks in when pressures exceed 100 pounds per square inch, ensuring accuracy of ±0.3%. Finally, the high-pressure air passes through an air precision filter for thorough disinfection before being ready for use, making it possible to quickly assemble a ventilator as needed.
