I had to transform the square fan housing into a round PVC tube insert. With a PVC outer diameter of 99.2mm, I decided to make it slightly larger at 99.5mm for a snug fit. To print this design, I used a moderate infill setting of 20% and added support from within. However, I realized the infill was too sparse, so I would suggest increasing it to around 40% for a stronger result.
