Vented lower filler / cover for XUAV Mini Talon

This is a custom design for the unused cutout on the XUAV Mini Talon, featuring a louvered vent to enhance cooling airflow through the fuselage. I'm grateful to Mochanic and papo2110 for their designs that served as inspiration for this project. To refine it, I scaled down Mochanic's original filler piece to ensure a snug fit on the Mini Talon's body. For assembly, you'll need to remove a section of foam to allow air to flow freely, then attach this piece using glue. Printed in PLA with 0.2mm layer height and 15% fast honeycomb infill for added strength, this design boasts two exterior walls. The final product weighs 29g, making it an ideal upgrade for the Mini Talon. Due to its orientation, you may need to add support during printing; however, printing upside down with the flat surface facing the bed produces excellent results.
