thingiverse

The vented case for low voltage cutoff PCB from CZH-Labs (D-1077) is a sturdy enclosure designed to house sensitive electronics. Standoffs with locating pegs are strategically placed at the corners of the case, allowing for secure fastening of the PCB. If desired, these pegs can be melted with a soldering iron to create a permanent bond between the case and PCB. Two distinct versions of the lid are provided to cater to different printing conditions. For users with highly calibrated printers that do not over-extrude material, the "_CaseLidTight" option features flared areas for an improved fit. Conversely, those who experience over-extrusion during printing may prefer the "_CaseLid" version with straight sides, as it is likely to provide a better seal. A comprehensive Sketchup design file (.skp) is included for users to modify and customize the case according to their needs. The transparent PETG material chosen for printing allows the LED lights within to be visible during operation, adding an extra layer of functionality to this innovative enclosure.
