Vent, Flashforge Creator pro finger hole vent

thingiverse

To keep your workspace safe from fumes, simply slide this convenient vent over the finger hole on your Flashforge Creator pro. Installing it is a breeze - don't let these instructions fool you into thinking otherwise. This attachment was specifically designed for use with a 4" dryer vent hose and a fan to push air out. I made my own fan using an old projector, but if you prefer, grab one from Mouser.com or choose a model with an interior diameter of around 57mm. If the small screw holes don't line up, just slap on some silicone and call it a day. To secure this adapter to your printer without damaging anything, I engineered it to rely solely on gentle tension to hold it in place. On the inside of the printer, use some wooden screws that are just a bit longer than 1.5mm in radius - that's roughly the size of the existing screw holes. Don't forget to add some extra sealant with tape and plastic wrap where your cables enter the printer to keep things airtight.
