To adapt a 25mm fan to various hose sizes, use part number 5643k11 from McMaster-Carr. Drill out the holes in your part using a .070 drill for a 25mm to 1" tube fit. For mounting on lexan, use a 2.5mm drill for screws and a 3/4" drill for hose holes. No hose clamp is needed. Use 2-56 screws (PN 90272A088) to secure the fan. A 3cfm vent fan works well, blowing through 10ft of hose with ease. For optimal airflow when fully enclosing your printer, consider adding a fan on the other end of the hose for suction.
