Vent cover for Creality CR-200B
thingiverse
I started with tomaskutta's reduction part and used a rectangular funnel scad file from jcrow to create the base. It covers the ~200mm dual fan exhaust area on the back of the Creality CR-200B and provides an outflow that works well with a 3" vinyl flex duct. This is a rough STL, put together as a quick fix. You may need supports to print it well, depending on how well your printer is tuned. I used PETG but would probably do it in PLA if I had to do it again. Use 3-4 shells and at least 15% infill. I fastened in place with Command strips (for easy removal) but double sided foam tape would probably work too, if you are less picky about residue. The print is 210mm wide, which will print on an Ender 3 but will not fit on the CR-200B's plate. I have provided an UNTESTED two-part alternative that does fit, if you print one part at a time.
