Vent Cover for 6 Inch Round Duct

While making a spray booth in my shop, I needed a louvered vent cover for a 6 inch vent pipe and not finding anything, so I made my own. It is basically an oversized dryer vent cover. Use with any wire or rod up to about 0.1" diameter, cut to length to fit through the louvers and into the grooves (~6 inches in length). Feed the wire/rods through the louver flaps and set the rods in place. Glue the retainer strips in place with super glue or equivalent. The retaining strips fit snug, so you may need to sand them a bit depending on how they print for you, or print them scaled to something like 98%. You will need (1) Frame; (3) Louvers; and (2) Retainer Strips; (3) small diameter rods- 6" longs)
