No supports needed. Printed with brim. Was too large for my printer's dimensions, so it was split in two to glue together. Included full size with and without the center bridge. Haven't yet tested for rigidity, but the center bridge will likely offer more than enough support to prevent bowing under stress. Dimensions: 297mmx143mm And inches (shame!): 1111⁄16" x 5 5⁄8" UPDATE: Print completed and fit was good with a minor caveat: the Philips hex screw fit was too close to the scoop's outer wall and had to be slotted at a slight angle. This was fine though as the PLA was able to deform slightly to accommodate fit. Structure is rigid and does not bow under load. Ironically though, the printed piece does has a slight bow at the top (seen in image), because the AC kicked on as the upper portion printed and caused some premature shrinkage. This is not noticeable without a closeup perspective though.
