The VENOM V2 is a cutting-edge extrusion-based 3D printer developed in 2020. Engineered to be highly customizable, this printer boasts a lightweight yet incredibly sturdy frame made from 4 x 500mm and 3 x 250mm 2020 extrusions. Designed using Autodesk Fusion 360, the VENOM V2 is equipped with a comprehensive Marlin config file and an advanced configuration file. The parts list is a continuously evolving document, and users are encouraged to submit suggestions for improvement. The current list of required components includes: - 4 x 500mm T-slot aluminum extrusions - 3 x 250mm T-slot aluminum extrusions - 10 x 90-degree 2020 brackets - 1 x 220 x 220 heated bed (accompanied by a compatible bed assembly, such as one from an Anet A8) - 1 x hotend (an E3D V6 clone was used in this design, but any suitable hotend can be employed if the carriage is modified accordingly) - 1 x customized carriage assembly (the Z rods and screws are compatible with the Anet X-axis assembly found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2328353; a custom setup is presented here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3622206) - 5 x NEMA 17 motors, accompanied by their respective wiring - 2 meters of G2 belt - 2 x pulley and gear sets (a 16-tooth gear was utilized in this design) - 2 x 350mm M8 threaded rods - 2 x M8 brass nuts - 2 x linear bearings - 4 x 380mm M8 rods - 2 x 450mm M8 rods - 2 x M5 to M8 lead-screw couplers - 3 x end-stops, complete with wiring - 1 x mainboard (a Ramps 1.4 board was used in this design and can be found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1640870) - 1 x LCD/SD reader of choice (a full-graphic LCD was employed in this design and is showcased here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3383951) - 34 x M2 T-slot bolts - 42 x M2 10mm bolts - 1 x 12V DC power supply
