Venom Costume Mouth

I designed this mouthpiece based on my large skull. It features holes at the back where the lips meet, which I ran string through and tied off to hold it securely in place. The object was printed using a raft, supports, and 10% infill. This approach made cleaning out the supports from the holes a bit challenging. To resolve this issue, I used a 2mm drill to carefully remove the material so that I could insert the teeth. The teeth were printed with their points facing downwards on a raft. Next, I drilled two holes through the placement for the tongue - an area where I could improve my design since I didn't take into account the curvature of the tongue's loft when making the cut. Using wire cutters, I trimmed the tongue to fit snugly into the mouth groove. The tongue is held firmly in place using screws, while superglue was used to secure the teeth.
