Venom Costume Mouth

I crafted this mouthpiece from my extensive brainpan. Its rear features openings that accommodate string, allowing me to secure it firmly with a knot. The design proved somewhat challenging due to its intricate support system and 10% infill density, which made cleaning out the supports from the orifices particularly burdensome. I overcame this hurdle by employing a 2mm drill bit to extract the material, thereby creating space for the teeth. These teeth were printed with their pointed ends facing downwards on a raft, necessitating additional care when handling them. To rectify this issue, I drilled two holes through the area designated for the tongue, an oversight that could be rectified by factoring in the curvature of the tongue's loft during my initial cut. After cutting the tongue using wire cutters to facilitate its insertion into the mouth groove, I fastened it firmly in place with screws. Superglue ensured the teeth remained securely anchored within their designated slots.
