The model is UV unwrapped, with various diffuse maps and bump maps available at different resolutions. Shader setup is included within the .blend file, and the model is suitable for close-up renders. All objects are centered around the origin, have meaningful names, and retain their original scale in meters. However, 3DS and DXF files may be triangulated due to conversion, and the HDRI map isn't included.
