I remixed this Venetian Blind Worm Gear to fit my mechanism which is smaller than the one done by Worm gear Venetian Blind turn interface bycichonj on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2853516. He gives all the details on how to disassemble the mechanism and make the gear and print it. I'd read it if you need details.I made the worm gear from PLA and it worked, but is obviously not as strong as ABS. I'll put in my GCode that I used that worked for PLA on my ANET A6 printer. I printed it slowly at 0.1mm to get the fine details of the thread.
