Vending machine cup holder

You'll find this holder for plastic cups in vending machines throughout most of Europe - at least that's where I've seen it, often in Italy. Its design allows you to grasp your teacup securely, so you don't have to worry about burning your hands with hot liquids. The holder even works well when made from PLA, as demonstrated by the example shown here, which is also made from PLA. When exposed to hot tea, it does soften slightly but still maintains its ability to hold a full cup without any issues.
