The Venator class destroyer bursts into existence at Kuat factories, fueled by the triumphs of its ancestors, the Acclamator class destroyer and the Victory class destroyer. Measuring over a kilometre in length, it is armed to the teeth with high-powered sublight engines, an ultra-resistant deflector shield and heavy artillery consisting of eight deadly DBY-827 heavy turbolaser turrets strategically positioned along the command tower, two medium turbolasers designed for hand-to-hand combat, 52 laser defense guns and four torpedo launch tubes, as well as six tractor beam projectors ready to pounce.
