Veloster Turbo BOV access Cover
thingiverse
I've added a version that clips into place under its own force, complete with a comical "Boost is loading" dialogue on the cover. As an owner of a Veloster Turbo, I'm sharing this quick access point solution for your BOV's. To determine where to make the cutout on the bumper, first print out this part and attach it to the bumper. Then, slide it back and forth until the side profile matches the bumper's shape. The curved side should match the curve of the bumper, with the angled piece positioned against the bumper's angled edge. Your cutout should be slightly larger than the lip on the underside and have a notch at the top that is 1/4 inch smaller on all sides compared to the top notch of the cover. The clips will be screwed between the bumper and the cover using 10/32 screws. I'm not providing a detailed tutorial, but rather sharing this solution in case anyone needs it. Take a look at the photo with the pink area for an idea of where your cutout should be. The notch should stop just before the bumper starts to angle up.
